Ticket Info
There are several types of tickets available. Most people get the 3-day GA pass. VIP is also an option, but it’s more fun to “be with the people” in my opinion.
Here are the ticket options for EDC 2013:
- Single Day General Admission (Back on Sale as of April 18th)
- 3-Day General Admission
- 3-Day VIP
- 3-Day General Admission with Travel Package (Best deal available)
- 3-Day VIP with Travel Package
If you are thinking VIP passes could be an option for you, it’s important to know that you have to be 21 to be in the VIP area.
Some of the VIP perks:
- Shorter lines to get into the event. (Rumored to have less security)
- VIP areas within the event, which means you don’t have to have a sweaty armpit to the face just to get close to the stage. If you wanna be super close though, you need to get GA.
- VIP only food/drink vendors, this includes alcohol. Shorter lines.
- VIP areas have seats! You can sit down somewhere other than the concrete or grass.
- You are surrounded by other VIP-ians. Good if your scared of the “ravers”.

They were on sale at first, but are no longer available. We don’t think they will become available again. Just go all three days!!!
No one wants to go for three days! You guys are really messing up by not allowing more single day tickets. You need to understand who your customers are and what they want. Three days rave is way too much
and what they’re saying to you is that YOU don’t go hard enough lol. their tix will sell out guaranteed with or without you

I see the list of what VIP gets such as perks but it doesn’t dis-include any specific rides does it? From what i see it looks like u just get good seats and free food N drinks and shorter lines…and of course the decrease in security.

I went to EDC last year and tried to go on the ferris wheel but was told that I couldn’t because I didn’t have a VIP wristband. I found out a few days later that a friend of mine went on a few of the rides without a wristband. So is anyone allowed on the rides of is it VIP only?

My daughter really wants to go to this concert, She is Graduating High School 18 years old and descided she was not going to Prom , where can I buy her a ticket, Good kid will graduate with honors and was accepted to to Univ of East Bay Ca. do you think its safe for her to go……
If she is a good SMART kid, she’ll be fine. Buy tickets from Insomniac.com, also hotels deals on their site are the best. I would recommend you get her a travel package which includes ticket for all 3 days, hotel room, and shuttle pass. ENJOY!!!

You have to be 21 to get VIP because all the VIP areas have booze and don’t ID.
